Job summary

West Virginia University’s Health Affairs Institute (HAI) is seeking a Hybrid Program Manager to lead the coordination, improvement, and implementation of initiatives. The successful candidate will communicate project plans internally and with external partners as required.

The role emphasizes work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, and collaboration with WV DOHS and WVU leadership to ensure timely delivery and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience with senior executives and project management.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of assigned project staff.
• Manage day-to-day productivity and task management for Health Affairs programs.
• Meet all active program milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate Health Affairs programs across internal departments and external partners.
• Partner with senior executives and project leadership to define project approach and ensure plans; support initiatives.
• Assist with deliverable development and QA processes until submission.
• Assist with program budgets planning, expense control and forecasting.
