Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain program management in hardware industry.
  • Experience managing the supply chain lifecycle from prototype through high-volume production within a high-tech hardware environment, with a strong focus on identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
  • Strong supply chain management fundamentals, including expertise in sourcing, PPAP, supplier quality, and supply chain risk management.
  • Deep understanding of program interdependencies between hardware development and supply chain execution, with the ability to manage schedule conflicts, build risk profiles, and lead technical discussions to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Experience managing supply chain readiness for product launches, including oversight of complex, interdependent Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Ability to design and implement risk mitigation frameworks, conduct full-BOM risk assessments, and perform “what-if” scenario planning to enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Ability to interpret complex hardware design files and translate technical concepts into material requirements, supply chain mapping strategies, and clear business insights.
  • Proficiency using MS Project and Smartsheet to manage cross-functional timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Ability to extract and transform data using SQL or similar query languages, generate insights using Excel or Google Sheets, and create visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience extracting and analyzing data from ERP systems (such as SAP and Oracle) and PLM systems, including detailed BOM analysis.
  • Ability to develop and track relevant metrics and KPIs to measure program readiness, supplier performance, and overall supply chain resilience.
  • Experience using collaboration and operational tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide planning, coordination, and execution support for the Supply Chain organization.
  • Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Operations, Design Engineering, Technical Program Management, NPI, and FP&A.
  • Lead procurement planning and supplier quality readiness for assigned modules.
  • Own development and execution of supply chain timelines, aligning top-down program constraints with bottom-up dependencies and key milestones.
  • Map the supply chain from prototype through production.
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance by defining and tracking key metrics such as sourcing progress and schedule adherence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional program meetings by delivering status updates, identifying risks, and presenting mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively coordinate discussions with stakeholders to resolve obstacles and maintain program momentum.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track supply chain readiness.
  • Establish appropriate reporting cadence and lead program reviews tailored to the audience, including preparation of concise executive-level summaries for leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on data integrity, system automation, and process optimization to enhance scalability, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
