Job summary

Cytokinetics is seeking a Manager of GxP Training, Quality Systems to lead the administration, development, and continuous improvement of the GxP training program. You will manage curricula, systems, and learning materials to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business needs.

You will develop learning initiatives across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats, and collaborate with IT, Document Control, and other departments to support inspections and training metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, education, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in GxP Training, Document Control, Quality Systems, or similar roles in biotech/pharma.
• 2+ years administering Veeva Vault Training.

Responsibilities

• Execute goals advancing GxP training processes, standards, and practices.
• Ensure curricula are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and refine GxP training materials across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats.
• Collaborate with GxP and non-GxP departments to align objectives.
• Monitor training assignments, track metrics, and report progress.
• Manage LMS administration and integration with EDMS for consistent user experience.
• Support inspections, audits, and responses to training observations.
