The role requires senior leadership, strategic direction, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across global quality processes, while mentoring a high-performing team and aligning quality

Qualifications

• 12+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry with strong quality background
• 7+ years leading Quality Systems or equivalent
• Experience managing teams and budgets in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmap for Quality Systems, document control, and GxP training
• Lead and mentor teams, manage performance and career development
• Oversee QMS metrics, audits, CAPA, change control, and inspection readiness
