Avint, LLC is seeking an energetic Associate Growth Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced cybersecurity team. The role blends writing, editing, capture activities, and special projects that directly impact our growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who asks questions, learns quickly, and thrives in innovation. This is a hybrid role with responsibilities spanning content creation, proposal coordination, and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of professional experience welcomed.
• Education: English major, journalism or law degree with technical writing skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to prepare business development content, including LinkedIn posts, website updates, and brochure updates.
• Support and eventually lead RFI and SSN responses.
• Support outreach and customer engagement activities.
• Provide writing, editing and proofreading support.
• Establish weekly cadence to monitor opportunity websites (GSA eBuy, sam.gov, DHS APFS).
• Coordinate contracts, updates and documentation on SharePoint.
