Apex Technology, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Development Associate to support the Proposal Development team with critical administrative tasks, ensuring on-time output and adherence to company policies and quality standards.

You will balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborating with engineering, BD, and marketing to drive successful proposals. We value mission-driven teammates who can adapt to new challenges, make independent decisions, and maintain

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience supporting a team.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized.
• Efficient at typing/word processing.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Proposal Team calendar of meetings, deadlines, and submission schedules.
• Maintain response trackers and summary sheets.
• Compile accurate and detailed meeting minutes for proposal kickoffs and status checks.
• Update team process documentation and ensure process is consistently followed.
• Proactively outreach to key stakeholders on proposal team projects to mitigate risk.
• Develop a work cadence that demonstrates efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
• Align work with established guidelines and quality standards.
• Produce high-caliber work on time, every time.
