Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and run front desk operations; orient guests to programs.
• Check members into classes and answer questions; tour facilities for prospects.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, or in person; make outbound calls.
• Help convert trials into memberships and explain options.
• Learn membership options, programs, promotions; upsell when appropriate.
• Support basic gym operations and maintain a clean, organized front desk.
