Job summary

Captiva Marketing seeks a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in St. Louis. The role covers print, digital and web design, plus ongoing maintenance on existing projects. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of design experience; entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in our St. Louis office with local candidates preferred. You will work closely with account managers and the design/development team to deliver high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience ideal, entry level considered.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic/web design.
• Strong portfolio across print, digital and web design.

Responsibilities

• Create design from initial concept to completion.
• Design web pages and collaborate with front-end development.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Work with account managers and design/development team.
• Understand UI/UX and interactive design impact.
