Job summary

Captiva Marketing seeks a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in St. Louis. The role covers print, digital and web design, plus ongoing maintenance on existing projects. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of design experience; entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in our St. Louis office with local candidates preferred. You will work closely with account managers and the design/development team to deliver high-quality visuals.

Captiva Marketing seeks a Graphic Designer whose abilities complement our creative team environment. The selected candidate would offer a creative approach on all design projects, print, digital or web design, as well as detailed maintenance on existing projects. Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of design experience, although entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time hybrid position available in our St. Louis office (local candidates preferred).

Responsibilities for Graphic Designer Position

• Create design from initial concept to completion
• Design web pages and work with front end development on execution
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with account managers and design/development team
• Understands the impact of UI/UX and interactive design

Skill Requirements for Graphic Designer Position

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Understanding of prototyping tools such as Figma is preferred
• Familiarity within Microsoft Suite; Word, and PowerPoint to create digital presentations is a plus
• Strong graphic design and production skills with a high level attention to detail
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Communicate design visions clearly for clients
• Earned bachelor's degree or equivalent graphic/web design experience
• 3-5+ years of graphic design experience is ideal
