Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience in consumer tech, electronics, home/security products.
• Strong portfolio showing brand design, digital and print layouts, packaging, and social-first content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects or basic motion graphics a plus.
• Excellent typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, website, ecommerce, retail, print).
• Ability to translate technical features into clear, engaging visuals.
• Strong collaboration skills with creative, marketing, and agency teams.
• Knowledge of digital content optimization (aspect ratios, file formats, print specs).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand graphics for social media, digital ads, website hero content, email marketing, and product launches.
• Create static graphics that clearly communicate product features (e.g., 4K clarity, color night vision, wide views, solar power, AI detection).
• Design packaging, retail displays, POS materials, and print collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Develop marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, one-pagers, spec sheets, and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to storyboard and execute campaign concepts.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity that feels trustworthy, innovative, clean, and premium.
• Build and maintain design systems, templates, and style guides.
• Stay current on design trends in consumer tech and home security.
• Archive and organize assets in a digital asset management system.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing quick-turn social content with longer campaigns.
