Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in consumer tech or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital and print layout, packaging, and social-first content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or basic motion graphics a plus.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram, TikTok, website, e-commerce, retail, print).
• Ability to translate technical product features into clear, engaging visuals.
• Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with creative, marketing, and agency teams.
• Knowledge of digital content optimization (aspect ratios, file formats, print specs).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand graphics for social media, digital ads, website hero content, email marketing, and product launches.
• Create static graphics that clearly communicate key product features (4K/16MP, color night vision, panoramic views, solar power, AI detection).
• Design packaging, retail displays, point-of-sale materials, and print collateral that align with brand standards.
• Develop marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, one-pagers, spec sheets, and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with the Content Production Manager and cross-functional teams to storyboard and execute campaign concepts.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity that feels trustworthy, innovative, clean, and premium while following global guidelines and NA preferences.
• Build and maintain design systems, templates, and style guides to speed up content production.
• Stay current on design trends in consumer tech, home security, and lifestyle content to keep the brand fresh.
• Archive and organize assets in a digital asset management system for easy access.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing quick-turn social content with longer campaign deliverables.
