Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a Public Health Graphic Artist to support CDC initiatives in Atlanta, GA. The role involves creating graphics for scientific and public audiences and collaborating with division staff to translate needs into compelling visuals for HIV prevention messaging.

Hybrid work in Atlanta with occasional in-person meetings at the CDC campus; 3–10 years of related visual-design experience preferred and a strong command of English writing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related design field.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience developing high-quality visuals for scientific or public health audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Translate science into visual media with accuracy and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphics for scientific and consumer audiences (websites, posters, infographics, logos).
• Collaborate with Division staff to determine needs and translate them into visual representations of HIV prevention messages.
• Respond to urgent, time-sensitive requests for graphics development and revision.
• Maintain and store all graphics files per CDC policies.
