State of California is seeking an Analyst I/Analyst II in the EDD Workforce Services Branch. The role supports the Special Initiatives Support Unit II, coordinating funded projects and ensuring compliance while serving internal and external stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid environment with on-site work four days a week in Sacramento, providing solutions in a fast-paced public workforce system and contributing to effective program oversight.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manages and coordinates funded projects and subgrants, ensuring compliance with program requirements, effective use of resources, and timely completion of assignments.
• Collaborates with regional advisors, subrecipients, partner agencies, and program oversight staff to resolve operational issues and maintain communication.
• Organizes meetings and briefings, participates in forums and workgroups, and responds to sensitive correspondence.
• Conducts follow-up activities to ensure agreements, corrective actions, and interagency coordination remain in place.
