Family Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Fund/Philanthropy Development Manager to lead funding appeals and grants. Reporting to the CFO, you will evaluate opportunities, develop proposals, manage budgets, and coordinate with program leaders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of grant writing and grant administration experience.
• Ability to interpret funding guidelines, budgets and reporting requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; can manage multiple funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and development of public and private funding opportunities for programs and goals.
• Evaluate eligibility, fit, deadlines, financial implications, and risks; advise CFO on opportunities.
• Lead responses to proposals, including narratives, budgets, and documentation with Finance and program leads.
• Build relationships with foundations, corporations, and funders; identify partnerships and events.
• Oversee grant servicing from award to closeout; coordinate required reports and communications.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, revenue, and variances with Finance; propose corrective actions.
• Maintain grant records, tracking tools, and documentation for audits and reviews.
• Protect confidential information; perform other duties as assigned.
