Job summary

innoSoul, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid/Local TX Systems Analyst (15+) with BPR/automation, CBA, information architecture, and DIR Project Delivery Framework experience for Austin, TX (HHSC).

Duration is 10 months; program requires 2 days remote and 3 days on-site, with LOCAL TX residents only. The candidate will evaluate objectives, analyze requirements, and perform cost/benefit analyses to recommend automation and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Creativity and latitude required for the role.
• Understands objectives and problems; conducts cost/benefit analyses and evaluates alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and problems; identify alternative solutions.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve systems.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps to develop or modify programs.
• Review system capabilities and scheduling to determine feasibility within the existing system.
• Confer with organizational units to analyze current operations and data input/output requirements and reporting formats.
