Qualifications

• 5+ years in business objectives, problems and identifying alternatives
• 5+ years in reviewing, analyzing user requirements and procedures to automate or improve systems
• 5+ years in writing detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions
• 5+ years in cost/benefit analysis of systems and alternatives
• 5+ years in documenting input/output requirements and reporting formats
• 5+ years strong analytical ability
• 5+ years strong oral and written communication skills
• 5+ years interpersonal skills to motivate and elicit work output
• 5+ years knowledge of IT industry trends and market directions
• 5+ years knowledge of architectural concepts relevant to infrastructure and apps
• 5+ years knowledge of emerging technologies
• 2+ years experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and templates
• 2+ years familiarity with information architecture and management methodologies
• 2+ years familiarity with software architecture and infrastructure components

Responsibilities
