Addison Group is partnered on the search for a Treasury Analyst to join our growing finance organization in Downers Grove, IL. This role is ideal for someone with about 2 years in corporate treasury or public accounting who wants to build a career in treasury operations within a dynamic service organization.

The Treasury Analyst will manage daily cash, support debt administration, maintain banking relationships, and assist with the organization's insurance program in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in corporate treasury, public accounting, or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of cash management principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with online banking platforms; Wells Fargo banking systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast liquidity.
• Execute daily cash management activities, including bank transfers, funding, and reconciliation.
• Assist with debt management activities and lender communications.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with insurance program administration.
• Prepare treasury reports and documentation for management.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance on month-end close and cash reporting.
