Job summary

QVC, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Sourcing for Kitchen and Culinary in a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA. You will lead end-to-end sourcing and product development, driving concepts into ready-for-market products across cookware, kitchen electrics, gadgets, and storage.

You will negotiate with factories, partner with cross-functional teams, and proactively address risks in quality, compliance, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and best value for QVC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, sourcing, or production.
• 5+ years managing cookware, kitchen electrics, kitchen gadgets, storage, or housewares categories.
• 5+ years working with factories and product development in a retail environment.
• 5+ years experience product testing, compliance, safety regulations, including CPSC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and product development for assigned categories from concept through delivery.
• Develop products across culinary and storage categories (cookware, kitchen electrics, gadgets, home organization).
• Negotiate cost, delivery, and terms with factories and sourcing partners to deliver value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Design, QA, Supply Chain, Customs, and global sourcing teams for on-time delivery.
• Identify and resolve risks related to quality, testing, compliance, engineering, and production timelines.
