ŌURA is seeking an experienced Materials Program Manager to join our San Francisco-based Supply Chain team. This role will own materials planning, CTB processes, and collaboration with CMs and suppliers to ensure material availability for new product introductions and ongoing programs.

You will lead weekly materials reviews, drive data-driven supply strategies, manage allocations for constrained materials, and support end-to-end inventory planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Supply Chain / Materials Planning role.
• Experience in consumer electronics and/or hardware companies.
• Experience with Contract Manufacturers (CMs).
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment and ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and large datasets.
• Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Materials Planning and Execution.
• Manage the CTB (Clear-to-Build) process with suppliers and CMs, providing visibility to supply, inventory, risks, and mitigation.
• Use data to inform supply chain strategies.
• Develop material strategies to optimize availability and minimize E&O.
• Manage allocation strategies for constrained materials across factories and programs.
• Simulate and analyze liability scenarios and recommend mitigations.
• Lead weekly materials reviews and present updates on status and risks.
• Collaborate with CMs and suppliers to track material availability and resolve issues.
• Drive supply chain readiness for NPI programs and program EOL.
• Advocate for supply chain considerations in program decisions and system implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 2-3 times per quarter internationally and domestically.
