Job summary

Brambles seeks a Procurement Analyst, Raw Materials Logistics & Transportation, to lead sustainable sourcing and execution of raw materials logistics. You’ll collaborate across planning, sourcing, operations and transportation to optimize inbound and outbound flows.

Based in Orlando with a hybrid 2–3 days in the office, you’ll build dashboards, monitor shipments, and support cost improvements while partnering with internal teams and external carriers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Basic understanding of transportation and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with domestic processes preferred.
• Exposure to freight forwarding, carriers, or logistics providers preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain transportation data, reporting, and shipment visibility for stakeholders.
• Support inventory accuracy by monitoring raw material levels and risks.
• Analyze transportation data to identify cost and service improvements.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling with suppliers, carriers, brokers, and forwarders.
• Support routing guide adherence and flag exceptions for review.
• Assist in resolving service issues and escalating as needed.
• Maintain KPI reporting (service levels, lead times, etc.).
• Provide general operational and reporting support to Procurement and Logistics teams.
