Job summary

CHEP is hiring a Procurement Analyst, Raw Materials Logistics & Transportation in Orlando for a hybrid role. You will drive sustainable sourcing and execution, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and supporting inbound/outbound shipments.

You will analyze data, monitor performance, and assist in cost-saving opportunities while coordinating with planning, sourcing, and operations teams across domestic and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Basic understanding of transportation and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with domestic processes and logistics providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain and update transportation data, reporting, and shipment visibility for internal stakeholders
• Support inventory accuracy by monitoring raw material levels and escalating risks
• Coordinate shipment scheduling with suppliers, carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders
• Maintain KPI reporting (service levels, lead times, detention/demurrage, etc.)
• Provide general operational and reporting support to Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams
