Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP in Seattle is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our Global Loans/Global Markets group. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated credit facilities.

Experience with financing PE-backed acquisitions and/or an accounting background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities.
• Experience with financing PE-backed acquisitions and/or an accounting background is preferred but not required.
• Candidates must be a member of, or will join, the Washington State Bar, or be licensed in another state and able to waive in by motion.
