Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks a junior to mid-level associate for our Global Loans/Global Markets group in Seattle. Candidate should have 2–4 years in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance, including revolving loans, term loans, and syndicated facilities.

Experience with PE-backed acquisitions and/or an accounting background is a plus. WA Bar membership or ability to waive in by motion is required.

Qualifications

• At least two to four years of experience in middle-market commercial and commercial real estate finance.
• Experience with revolving loans, term loans and syndicated credit facilities.
• Preferred: financing private equity-backed acquisitions; accounting background.
• Active WA State Bar membership or ability to waive in by motion.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Work on both lender and borrower matters in Global Loans/Global Markets.
• Provide rigorous analysis of loan facilities and credit agreements.
• Support long-term career growth within the Seattle office.
