The role requires a J.D. or LL.M. from a top-tier law school and eligibility to practice in New York. Competitive salary banding is between $225,000 and $420,000 per annum, along with flexible work options and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leveraged finance within a large-scale global firm or recognized boutique finance practice.
• Familiarity with a variety of debt structures, particularly acquisition financing, secured lending, and private credit.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate primary loan documentation and manage closings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a high-volume, diverse portfolio of transactions including acquisition and infrastructure finance.
• Support all aspects of legal execution and commercial acumen in transactions.
• Work collaboratively with international teams and maintain cultural intelligence.
