Job summary

Tanium seeks an IT Audit Manager to lead and mature its audit program, directing a globally distributed team of auditors and coordinating with leadership and external assessors. You will develop robust methodologies, establish metrics, and drive remediation across controls to keep Tanium audit-ready.

You will work closely with executives to monitor emerging regulations, ensure consistent governance, and optimize the efficiency of the organization’s compliance posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Relevant certifications preferred such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• Extensive experience leading audit or compliance programs across multiple frameworks and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Tanium's audit program.
• Develop and implement audit methodology, processes, and templates.
• Coach a globally distributed team of auditors.
• Track and report audit KPIs to leadership.
• Review audit reports for quality and remediation recommendations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assessors on logistics and deficiencies.
• Ensure action plans and milestones from risk assessments and audits.
