Job summary

GSK seeks a Global Data Generation GI Oncology Franchise Head to oversee evidence generation for the oncology portfolio, delivering RWE and non-interventional studies across the lifecycle. You will design plans, collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and external partners to translate evidence into practical actions improving patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, scientific rigor, and the ability to drive strategic priorities in a hybrid U.S.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health outcomes or related field.
• 7+ years in health outcomes, real-world evidence, or related functions.
• Experience with observational study design and economic modeling.
• Experience shaping evidence generation plans for commercialization, reimbursement or regulatory submissions.
• Track record of scientific publications or major congress presentations.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Strong project management and external partner management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data generation plans aligning clinical, regulatory and access needs across the product lifecycle.
• Oversee integrated evidence generation and strategic direction for all assets in the franchise.
• Lead non-interventional study delivery from protocol to reporting.
• Mentor the Data Generation team responsible for real-world evidence.
• Shape study design and endpoints to meet payer and HTA expectations.
• Represent the team in governance and external scientific dialogue.
