Based in New Jersey (Lawrenceville or Madison) with about 20% travel, the role partners across Medical Strategy, RWE, Clinical Operations, Regulatory and HEOR to drive trials, real‑world data studies, registries, and health outcomes research while ensuring GCP compliance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and extensive clinical development experience.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical development, Medical Affairs, or related roles.
• Deep oncology knowledge with GI/GU cancer focus.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data generation opportunities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional study teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive integrated evidence generation strategy across trials, RWE and non-interventional studies.
• Lead protocol design, objectives, endpoints and statistical considerations.
• Engage external partners for collaborations and studies to optimize design elements.
• Deliver studies from concept to governance approval and lifecycle.
• Contribute to dissemination through publications and congress presentations.
