Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Export Specialist to strengthen and advance its global export compliance program. You will ensure adherence to U.S.

export control regulations and sanctions, acting as a SME for routed exports, licensing, and forwarder compliance, with a hybrid schedule in Milwaukee, WI, Mayfield Heights, OH, or Whitestown, IN. You will collaborate with stakeholders, logistics providers, legal, and compliance teams to mitigate risks, enhance processes, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years in export compliance preferred.
• Experience with routed export transactions and denied party screening.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• CES certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compliance system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain export compliance metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Establish forwarder compliance expectations and performance standards.
• Support encryption reporting obligations (annual/semi-annual).
• Administer denied party and sanctions screening activities.
• Investigate and resolve screening matches and escalations.
• Serve as SME for routed export transactions.
• Review exports for compliance with U.S. export regulations.
• Determine license requirements and support license applications.
• Review exports for prohibited end uses, end users, and destinations.
