Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Export Specialist to strengthen our export compliance program in the United States, collaborating with stakeholders, logistics providers, and legal to mitigate risk and improve processes. You will manage denied party screenings, licensing, and forwarder compliance while driving automation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of export compliance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in compliance system enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain export compliance metrics and reporting dashboards.
- Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Establish forwarder compliance expectations and performance standards.
- Support encryption reporting obligations and denied party screening.
- Review exports for compliance with U.S. export regulations and license requirements.
- Investigate screening matches and escalations and collaborate with stakeholders.
