Ideal candidates are advanced undergraduates or graduate students with interest in gender studies, education, and global development, who can commit to at least 20 hours per week in a hybrid format in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting literature searches and reviews.
• Strong interest in intersectional approaches towards gender, social justice, and/or global education and development.
• Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in gender and educational research, working and/or teaching internationally, and/or inclusion and equity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• General Research and Writing: conduct background research on topics relevant to gender, education, and global development, and support drafting summaries of research findings that may be used in blog posts, presentations, or other research products.
• Administration: provide administrative support including designing and evaluating the Echidna Global Scholars Fellowship, planning and coordinating weekly meetings and workshops, and monitoring and tracking project deliverables.
