Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling general liability and/or professional liability litigation matters.
• Comfortable handling court appearances; experience with depositions and mediations required.
• Trial experience in general liability or professional liability matters preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in a broad range of general liability and professional liability matters.
• Investigate claims and develop case handling strategies.
• Conduct legal research and analyze defense strategies.
• Prepare discovery requests/responses and take/defend depositions.
• Represent clients at court conferences, hearings, mediations, and trial/arbitration.
