Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Significant experience in general liability and/or professional liability litigation.
• Book of business not necessary.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex general liability and professional liability matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration.
• Develop and execute case strategies, including oversight of discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and support staff.
• Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in San Francisco-area state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to firm strategy, client development efforts, and internal leadership initiatives.
