• Manage budgets and oversee assigned program funds.
• Build and support a high-performing team responsible for daily program administration.
• Partner with the Program Director on team development, performance appraisals, and employee matters.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to address concerns, elevate issues, and support coverage needs.
• Ensure programs stay aligned with established goals, guidelines, and requirements.
