Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience administering education programs.
• 2–3 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning theory.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of residency, fellowship, and continuing medical education programs with compliance to ACGME, GME, and institutional requirements.
• Oversee residency and fellowship recruitment, interviews, Match activities, credentialing, onboarding, orientation, visas, and trainee transitions.
• Create and manage complex trainee rotation and call schedules, evaluations, and educational records.
