BCG Attorney Search is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney in Merrillville, Indiana. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters within a supportive team environment.

You'll independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution, collaborate with attorneys and partners on various legal projects, handle court appearances and depositions regularly, and communicate with clients with regular status

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Indiana.
• 3+ years of experience in general liability, premises liability, trucking/transportation, insurance defense, or medical malpractice.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is beneficial; trial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys and partners on various legal projects.
