Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience handling complex general liability defense litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong legal writing and research abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in client development and practice management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume, complex caseload involving general liability defense litigation across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlements.
• Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions as lead or support counsel.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to insurers and corporate clients, delivering case assessments and litigation strategies.
• Work independently to manage matters while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative legal strategies and contribute to a team environment.
• Participate in client development initiatives and support practice growth efforts.
