Qualifications

• J.D. degree with active bar admission required.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting registered investment companies.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund and ETF regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC disclosure and regulatory filings for funds.
• Support new product initiatives and fund governance.
• Draft board materials and governance documents.
• Provide legal guidance across Legal, Compliance, Product and Fund Administration.
