Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar admission required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting registered investment companies under the Investment Company Act of 1940 or comparable asset management experience.
• Strong knowledge of mutual fund and ETF regulatory frameworks, SEC disclosure requirements, and fund governance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences including senior management and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and maintenance of regulatory filings for mutual funds and ETFs, including annual registration statement updates and post-effective amendments.
• Manage SEC review processes, including responding to regulatory comments and coordinating updates to disclosure documents.
• Review and advise on a broad range of fund disclosure and regulatory filings (prospectuses, SAIs, shareholder reports, N-14s, N-CSRs, N-CENs, N-PX).
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to product development and ongoing fund support.
• Prepare governance materials and assist in Board and Committee meetings.
