Job summary

SEI is hiring an entry-level Fund Accountant in the Investment Fund Services group. The role supports accounting for mutual funds, CITs, ETFs and other pooled vehicles, acting as the official record keeper and coordinating with investment managers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills to engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Calculate funds’ daily investable cash, expenses and income and report daily NAVs.
• Process shareholders’ activity and perform reconciliations with the transfer agent.
• Communicate fund transactions to clients and support GAAP year-end audits.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide accounting packages.
