Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a relevant discipline preferred.
• 2 years of frontend and backend development experience.
• 2 years of Agile practices experience.
• 1 year of experience with React, Typescript and Node.js and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML-powered features in agricultural finance apps preferred.
• Experience productionizing ML models in full-stack apps with scalable APIs and real-time inference.
• Experience leveraging generative AI to improve customer tools.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineers solutions, testing, monitoring and observability.
• Collaborates with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Uses React, HTML/CSS, Node.js, SQL, Python in a full-stack context.
• Supports SDLC and CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Resolves production issues and engages IT and vendors as needed.
• Works with program owners on enhancements and changes.
• Learns and implements new technologies; builds infrastructure and applies security best practices.
• Provides on-call production support and incident handling.
