Superhuman is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering teams, working across Front-End and Back-End to build core product features, infrastructure, and improvements for millions of users.

You will join a fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence product roadmap, scale systems, and mentor new teammates while enjoying a hybrid work model and meaningful collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to tackle infrastructure challenges when needed.
• Keep up with modern web client development and testing tools.
• Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.
• Demonstrates persistence with tough technical issues.
• Focus on end-user experience and high quality.
• Able to manage tasks across multiple projects with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Start building and shipping code in the first week to deliver impactful features.
• Build and support production services on the back-end and rich user interfaces on the front-end.
• Aim for high availability for both consumer and enterprise customers.
• Learn to build infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Collaborate with Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, and Data teams to deliver value.
• Contribute to a culture of documentation, testing, and user experience.
• Evaluate current systems and propose scalable future architectures.
• Mentor new hires when opportunities arise.
