Investment Partners LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end features in a hybrid environment. You will work with Rails, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, enabling high-quality, scalable systems.

As a senior contributor, you’ll mentor teammates, drive robust testing, and help shape product directions while delivering value for local clients and teams in a flexible, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in a technology role.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and building microservices.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Rails tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Tune database queries and schemas for high-throughput workloads.
• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across staging and production.
• Build the Microservices tooling that makes every other Philadelphia engineer faster.
• Reach into legacy Kafka modules and leave them cleaner than you found them.
• Own data integrity across Investment Partners LLC's Project Management stores so Philadelphia numbers never lie.
