Fusion HCR is seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join its technology team, delivering enterprise web applications and digital platforms for a premier hospitality and entertainment organization. Focus on back-end development with C#/.NET while contributing to modern front-end as needed in a hybrid Las Vegas environment.

The role emphasizes clean, maintainable code, collaboration in Agile teams, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and cloud deployments on Azure and/or AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with source control and collaborative development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
• Develop business logic and data-driven solutions while optimizing performance.
• Write efficient SQL queries and collaborate on database design for highly available apps.
• Participate in application modernization and collaborate with UX, Product, and Business teams.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support cloud-hosted deployments and production support.
