Responsibilities

• Define critical fuel system parameters and specifications, design compatible components, collaborate with suppliers to deliver required timing and quality, and validate hardware performance
• Proactively direct cross‑functional communication and issue resolution (across Manufacturing, Supplier, Technician, System Testing, Purchasing, and Supplier Quality teams)
• Apply FMEAs, DVPs, DFSS tools, and root cause analysis methods to failure investigation and correction
• Develop component and system test plans; write and execute test requests
• Collaborate with and direct CAD designers, simulation analysts, and test technicians
