Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Frontier AI Product Owner & Program Leader to scale AI-enabled cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. You will own the integrated roadmap, drive delivery across multiple tech workstreams, and partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains.
• Proven Agile product owner or program leadership for enterprise cybersecurity initiatives with roadmaps, backlogs, and outcomes.
• Working knowledge of AI and emerging AI capabilities; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Frontier AI product roadmap and priorities, translating cybersecurity objectives and AI capabilities into prioritized work.
• Establish Agile practices across the program for consistent prioritization, planning, delivery, reviews, and measurement.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across the Frontier AI portfolio, including onboarding, testing, remediation, and integration into cybersecurity capabilities.
• Drive business-unit engagement and adoption by prioritizing products, securing participation, and balancing trade-offs for high-value work.
• Own the integrated program view and executive reporting with clear measures of success and risk visibility.
