Job summary

PetSmart in Phoenix is seeking an EPMO Financial Analyst to support the financial management and governance of the project portfolio. You will perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, while also supporting project setup, funding requests, portfolio tracking, and data integrity within enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, project management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, project coordination, or PMO roles.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, business cases, financial reporting, or project portfolios.
• Exposure to ERP, EPM, project portfolio-management, workflow or BI systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.
• Track project capital, expenses, total investment, and expected benefits.
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Project and Portfolio Support: develop business case reviews, funding requests, and monitoring.
• Monitor performance against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Project-System Setup and Data Governance: maintain project records in portfolio systems, configure attributes, and support workflow setup.
