Job summary

World’s Finest Chocolate seeks a Manager of FP&A for Retail, Gift & Outlet to lead budgeting, forecasting and profitability analyses for store segments. The role requires 3–5 years in corporate finance, strong Excel modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration.

This hybrid position requires monthly travel to Chicago HQ and focuses on trade spend, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making; reports to the Director of FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, ideally supporting retail segments.
• Proven ability to model financial scenarios in Excel and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial results and variances to stakeholders.
• Lead forecasts, budgets, and the Latest Current Estimate (LCE) process for Retail, Gift & Outlet.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, trade spend, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with IT on systems and data needs for reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and financial models to inform strategy.
• Support management with in-depth financial analyses.
• Drive improvements in data automation and Excel processes.
