Job summary

Elliot Hospital is seeking a finance leader to oversee the Elliot Medical Group budget and projections, coordinating annual cycles and training for department heads. This role drives sound financial policy and long-range planning across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5–7 years in healthcare budgeting/analysis, 2 years of supervisory experience, and strong GAAP knowledge, with a hybrid in-person/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• 5–7 years of budget/financial analysis experience in healthcare.
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in finance.
• Knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the annual budget and projection processes for Elliot Medical Group, including end-user training schedules and review meetings with department heads.
• Leads budget training sessions for department heads.
• Adheres to budget timelines provided by Physician Finance leadership to ensure milestones are complete when required.
• Reviews practice-level budgets and projections to ensure revenues, compensation, and expenses align with expectations.
