Job summary

GU Energy Labs, a family-owned sports nutrition company based in Berkeley, is seeking an FP&A Manager to drive growth and profitability. You will partner with leadership to evaluate investments, model scenarios, and own the annual budget and rolling forecasts, while helping scale the FP&A function with the Adaptive Planning rollout.

Qualifications

• Progressive FP&A experience in manufacturing/CPG.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Able to translate numbers into stories for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own gross margin and profitability analysis by product, channel, and customer.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts with leadership.
• Model new product launch economics and pricing scenarios.
• Build dashboards for senior leadership use.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models to test decisions.
• Oversee FP&A tech stack and roll out Adaptive Planning.
