GEICO is seeking an Auto Claims Analyst to turn data into strategic recommendations that improve claim outcomes and operational efficiency. You will partner with Claims leadership to develop insights and influence decisions that drive financial and service improvements.

The role requires 1–3 years in FP&A or Finance, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with SQL/Power BI. This hybrid position is based in Bethesda, MD, with on-site work required part of the week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative field preferred.
• 1–3 years in FP&A or Finance or similar field.
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• SQL and Power BI knowledge preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
